Walk for mental health research

The Rotary Clubs of Magill Sunrise and Campbelltown will host their annual LIFT THE LID WALK on Sunday 13th October 2024!

These walks are a great way to spread awareness of the 1 in 5 Australians who are suffering from a mental illness. Help us Lift the Lid on Mental Illness this summer by walking with us!

To participate on the walk, we need you to click on and BUY a TICKET. If you do that within the early bird period up to two weeks prior to the event you'll also receive your bonus walk t-shirt pf you choose.

All proceeds go into mental health research through Australian Rotary Health.

Time Details:

On the day registrations will be accepted from 8:00 am.

The Ambassador's Welcome address will be at 8:30 am before the 9:00 am walk start.

Location Details:

The walk is 5km, starting from Campbelltown Memorial Oval, Corner of Darley and Lower North East Roads,

linking to nearby River Torrens Linear Park, and returning to Campbelltown Memorial Oval.

To note: the entrance for all walkers is to be strictly via Lower North East Road onto the

Campbelltown Memorial Oval, where there will be ample car parks available. Thank you!

 

Fee Details:

$30 early-bird registrations until Friday Sept 27th at 9am, will include a t-shirt.

Kids under 15 walk FREE! (no free shirt)
