President Michael McCabe was inducted on 26 June 2022 by Immediate Past President Stephany Martin.

Michael joined the Rotary Club of Campbelltown in 2012, and has served the Club as Treasurer, Art Show Convenor and Risk Management Officer.

On 17 January 2021, Michael was awarded a Paul Harris Fellow for his service to the Club.
Michael has a Bachelor of Economics (Honours) and Accountancy qualifications. He spent many years as an investigator with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). Michael is honoured to serve as the President of the Rotary Club of Campbelltown. He says we must recognise and honour our outstanding history, but also the Club continues to evolve. By listening and embracing the ideas and enthusiasm of our new members, and by being attentive to the signs of the times, we can continue to grow and honour the outstanding legacy set by those who have served before us.

One of this year’s themes from Rotary International is to celebrate diversity, equity and inclusion, and Michael is keen for our Club to embrace this theme.
Michael is confident that with the assistance of his talented and dedicated Board, and with the help and support of members, our Club will have a productive and fun year.

He thanks his wife Jacquie and his three children for their support.
